We only offer remote consultations and services at this time. We do not ship out physical products to clients but conduct all services using products in house.

When you purchase a service from us (reading or conjure spellwork), you can write additional details about your specific desire in the order notes AFTER you checkout (*please be detailed in your response). Otherwise, it will be completed with a general desire that our guides will connect with as needed. We do not edit orders or change contact information that are completed, so check that all information is correct before submitting your order. 

No, we do not take every case. RootMojo reserves the right to accept or deny your request to perform spellwork services. At the time of consultation, we may either deny your case or make a recommendation for further spiritual work and spellcasting to alleviate and/or resolve the issue. We take this very seriously and do not enter into  spiritual work without careful consideration. For this reason, we only take on justified cases. Before taking on a case we perform a divination assessment.

Spells and readings normally take anywhere from a few days or 1-2 weeks to complete depending on its complexity and the need to ship specialty items for your spell to our central location. Please allow up to 14 business days for all RootMojo services to be completed. Should your spell or reading be delayed due to shipping/delivery receipt, you will be contacted with a status update.

The spell begins to take effect as soon as we start working on your petition request but the amount of time it takes to achieve full results varies since each request is different. This is extremely difficult to predict. It can be anywhere from as fast as 24 hours, a few days, to a couple of weeks. We don’t quote or guarantee exact time frames but rather allow the spell to take its natural course. We ask that you trust the process, as doubt can negatively impact the spell. 

Due to the nature of our spiritual services, we do not accept returns.  We do not offer refunds because we cannot be refunded for the time spent on or materials purchased for your custom spellwork or reading. Please note we do not edit orders whatsoever, and all orders are final sale, no refunds or exchanges are allowed. We take photos and/or videos of all orders, thus we will confirm what you were sent.
