Our services are based on the spiritual practices of Hoodoo/Egyptian/Wicca spells. Our rights to use these products and services are protected under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 and the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998 (H.R. 2431).
We reserve the right to refuse or accept spiritual services. RootMojo does not accept every case and reserves the right to choose accept or deny a case or your request to perform readings or spellwork services.
If you are given a referral, only one practitioner may be recommended, who will be personally selected by RootMojo If you are referred to an alternative practitioner, RootMojo takes no responsibility for the services our outcomes of the referral.
Unless otherwise outlined and arranged on a case-by case basis, all services are performed remotely and all communication with the client, including the consultation is done online.
Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement.
Communication and Submissions
Please ensure your email addresses and contact information are correct, as communication will be via the email within the order.
We do not change contact information or edit orders that are completed, so check that all information is correct before submitting your order. Ordering from us means you understand this and accept it.
Failure to indicate a specific desire, (or write additional details) in the order notes AFTER Checkout, will result in completion of a general desire, at the discretion of RootMojo.
All suggestions, ideas, notes, concepts and other information you may from time to time send to us (collectively, "Submissions") shall be deemed and shall remain our sole property and shall not be subject to any obligation of confidence on our part. Without limiting the foregoing, we shall be deemed to own all known and hereafter existing rights of every kind and nature regarding the Submissions and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions.
Use of Information: We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to the use and assignment of all information regarding Site uses by you and all information provided by you in any manner.
Guarantee Policy
Your usage our services constitutes a spiritual endeavor and no guarantees are made, expressed, or implied as to the results of these spiritual endeavors whether made by you or us. Information about these spiritual endeavors is laid out clearly on this website and each user is directed to read this information before deciding upon said spiritual endeavors. There is no guarantee on the success of services offered.
Payments and Refund Policy
Payment: You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing services from us that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct, and complete, (i) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you.
Termination of Services: Failure to submit full payment for services, will result in immediate discontinuation of all services without refund.
Refund Policy: All services are final and non-refundable. Please note we do not edit orders whatsoever, and all orders are final sale, no refunds or exchanges are allowed.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM US THROUGH THE SITE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
